It’s been a challenging year. We’ve experienced painful loss in our camp this year, but our eyes are ever fixed on God, and He is faithfully leading us through it.
We know many of you have also experienced loss and unimaginable challenges, but guess what? You made it! You’re still here! We’re all still here.
As we close out 2020, we’d like to encourage you with a few truths about this year.
God wasn’t caught by surprise by COVID-19, or social injustice, or the election, or our personal losses. He knew these days would come, and His wish was, and is that we would prepare.
Just as you’d get ready for a hurricane… you stock up on water, canned goods, and board up your windows. Likewise, there are things we should do to weather this ongoing storm.
There are two areas that we feel led to discuss in terms of preparation: sitting at His feet and prioritizing physical health.
SITTING AT HIS FEET: Choose to rest in the presence of God as often as you can. Choose to read the Bible as often as you can. Choose to keep your heart tender. A soft heart is precious in God’s eye, so guard your heart against anything that influences you to harden it.
PRIORITIZING PHYSICAL HEALTH: We’ll be talking about health a whole lot next month, so stay tuned. And rest in faith that God will see you and your family through it all.
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

We are praying for you and standing with you in faith.
With Love,
