Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
To be vigilant means to keep a careful watch. In this season it’s more important than ever to carefully watch and analyze what we are allowing into our spheres, because as the Word says, Satan is like a roaring lion seeking to find someone he can devour. Will it be you?
Our ONE AND ONLY defense is the Word. And in order for it to defend, we must read it, know it, memorize it, and deploy it abundantly.
